Communication, Teamwork, and Leadership Challenge

Speaker: Carol Davis-Smith, President, Carol Davis-Smith & Associates, LLC There are countless webinars, courses, and experts teaching leadership, teamwork, and communication—and I’ve contributed to that body of content myself. We absorb the material and take notes, but often struggle to apply it effectively back at work. What we really need is a low-risk way to practice—like a simulation that lets us observe and improve how we communicate, collaborate, and lead. The tangram simulator provides that opportunity for anyone willing to fully engage and strive for excellence.
